Mr. Dev Anand brings a diverse perspective to his clients offering a combination of skills within design and construction services and a keen sense of project controls specifically in budget management. With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, Dev has specialized in design build services for the past 17 years and it is that expertise which affords DEV INC the ability to perform as a true design build firm. As the President/CEO of DEV INC, Dev is responsible for the day to day operations of the company including management of projects, cultivating client relationships, sales and marketing of company services, execution of the company’s strategic plan, as well as personnel and fiscal management. Known for his hands on approach, Dev is personally involved in every project built by the firm from conceptual design, budget estimating, value engineering, scheduling, implementation and project execution. Dev embraces the simple adage that people enjoy doing business with people they know and feel comfortable with. This core principle is a driving force in how the team performs on its projects and takes care of its clients. Under his leadership, DEV INC has secured repeat business from more than 90% of its clients and continues to expand its design and construction services across healthcare, senior living, corporate and institutional projects. Dev holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Construction Science and Management from Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg, MO.
With over 40 years of experience in Architecture, Mr. Roger Claar has performed as a Lead Designer or Senior Project Architect on many of the projects over his career. The diversity and depth of his expertise includes simple corporate projects as well as multi-faceted and complex international award winning new construction projects. As the Lead Design Architect for DEV INC Roger is the backbone of the design services offered by the firm and has the expertise required to respond quickly to client needs including management of RFIs and providing detailed sketches/drawings. His level of expertise directly contributes to the firm’s success as a true design builder who understands how to adapt design and cost of construction to the actual budget. Roger is a Registered Architect with licenses in Kansas and Missouri. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Architecture and Design Degree from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas.
